Summer Service Changes 2021

Four times each year, we take a look at our service levels, schedules and routes, and make changes to ensure we’re providing the right amount of service at the right time, to keep our customers moving through the city.

The summer service changes below will begin Monday, June 28.

Changes to Routes:

Route	Changes
Route 89 – Lions Park	These routes will be combined into one: Route 89 – Lions Park to North Pointe via 14 St NW and Sandstone. This will cover the majority of the area that both routes cover now. Please view the revised map and schedule.
Route 430 – Sandstone/ North Pointe	The new route 89 will only operate at peak, so there will be no service between Sandstone and North Pointe during the day. Please view the revised map and schedule.
Route 90 – Bridgeland/ University of Calgary	New routing downtown. Route 90 will now take a slightly different route as it crosses into downtown to provide better access to the East Village Superstore and Central Library. Please view the revised map and schedule.
Route 124 – Evanston	Addition of stops along 1 Street N.E., 144 Avenue N.W., Carrington Blvd. N.W., and 140 Avenue N.W. Removal of one stop at Symons Valley Parkway and 14 St NW. Please view the revised map and schedule.
Route 146 – Beddington	Route canceled. Alternatives are available nearby, including Route 46, which follows the same loop in reverse direction.
Route 408 – Trinity Hills	Route 408 has been amended to serve the new community of Trinity Hills. It is expected there will be minimal impact to existing customers. Please view the revised map and schedule.

Route 2 - Mt Pleasant/ Killarney/ 17 Ave	Weekday and weekend trip times have been adjusted to improve schedule adherence. View the revised schedule .
Route 7- Marda Loop	Stop #3392 located on southbound 1 Street @ 6 Avenue SW has been changed to #2491. View the schedule with the new stop here.
Route 11 - Southwest Loop	School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 12 - Southwest Loop	School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 14 - Bridlewood/ Cranston	Weekday westbound frequency is reduced to every 15 minutes and trip times have been adjusted. View the revised schedule . School trips are cancelled for the summer.
Route 19 - 16 Ave North	The 7:52 a.m. westbound school trip from 19 Street & 24 Avenue N.W. has been cancelled. View the revised schedule .
Route 20 - Heritage/ Northmount	The weekday 9:34 p.m. trip from Heritage Station has been moved to leave at 9:35 p.m. The 9:50 p.m. trip has been moved to leave at 9:54 p.m. to accommodate Route 99 transfers. View the revised schedule .
Route 23 - 52 St E	Weekday peak trip times have been adjusted to improve schedule adherence. Morning trips starting at Rundlehorn Drive changed to Saddletowne Station. School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 32 - Huntington/ Sunridge	The 6:40 a.m. trip from Rundle Station has been changed to leave at 6:30 a.m. The 7:40 a.m. trip from Rundle Station has been changed to leave at 7:30 a.m. View the revised schedule .
Route 38 - Brentwood/ Temple	The weekday 8:35 a.m. eastbound trip is cancelled. School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 41 - Lynnwood	School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 42 - Marlborough	Weekday trip times have been adjusted to improve schedule adherence. School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 49 - Forest Heights	School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 56 - Woodbine	School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 57 - Monterey Park/ McCall Way	Weekday early morning trips have been revised to start from Laguna Way @ Los Alamos Place N.E. at 4:58 a.m. View the revised schedule .
Route 58 - Erin Woods/ 44 Street SE	The 3:16 p.m. weekday northbound trip has been cancelled. The 3:39 p.m. southbound trip has been cancelled. View the revised schedule .
Route 62 - Hidden Valley Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 64 - Macewan Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 70 - Valley Ridge Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 71 - Taradale	Weekday and weekend trip times have been revised to improve schedule adherence. View the revised schedule .
Route 87 - Applewood/ 17 Ave Se	School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 99 - Acadia/ Oakridge	The 9:10 p.m. weekday trip has been moved to leave at 9:09 p.m. The 9:30 p.m. trip has been moved to at 9:25 p.m. to accommodate transfers with Route 20. View the revised schedule .
Route 102 - Douglasdale Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 103 - McKenzie Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 104 - Sunnyside - University of Calgary	The detour routing has been made permanent (via Parkdale Blvd.). Frequency changed from every 30 mins to every 32 mins. View the revised schedule .
Route 109 - Harvest Hills Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 110 - Douglas Glen Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 116 - Coventry Hills Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 117 - McKenzie Town Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 133 - Cranston Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 142 - Panorama Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 145 - Skyview Ranch/ Redstone	Weekday morning peak trip times have been adjusted to improve schedule adherence. School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 148 - Great Plains Industrial	The 8:28 a.m. weekday trip has been cancelled. Please View the revised schedule.
Route 151 - New Brighton Express	Service remains suspended.
Route 153 - Copperfield	School trips are cancelled for the summer.
Route 155 - West Dover/ Forest Lawn	The last weekday trip from Franklin Station to West Dover has changed from 12:23 a.m. to 12:28 a.m. for improved transfer connections. View the revised schedule .
Route 159 - Saddlebrook	Weekend trip times have been revised to improve schedule adherence and transfer connections with the CTrain. School trips are cancelled for the summer. View the revised schedule .
Route 167 - Walden/ Legacy CCW	Weekday trip times have been adjusted to improve schedule adherence.Please View the revised schedule.

Route 178 - Sundance/ Chaparral	School trips are cancelled for the summer.
Route 301 - BRT North	Weekday morning southbound peak times and afternoon northbound peak times have been revised. View the revised schedule .
Route 305 - BRT Bowness/ City Centre	School trips are cancelled for the summer.
Route 406 - Auburn Bay	The 3:18 p.m. weekday trip from McKenzie Terminal has been cancelled. View the revised schedule .
Route 468 - Mahogany/ Cranston	School trips are cancelled for the summer.
Routes 696-899 - School Expresses	All school trips are cancelled for the summer.
